Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) the ID-WALL Limited trading as Canvas Club, Lyric Art, Ex Decko or as the online print fulfilment partner for Licensors (such as Cannonball 8000), will be referred to as “THE COMPANY” (we or us), id-wall.com will be referred to as “THE SITE”, our content providers will be referred to as “THE PARTNERS” and you as the purchaser will be referred to as the “THE PURCHASER” and any person who accesses the site, purchaser or not, will be referred to as “YOU”. Terms of Use
1. By using THE SITE YOU agree to be bound by the terms of this legal agreement between YOU and the Canvas Club which sets out the T&Cs relating to the use of the service provided via www.id-wall.com and any information or materials contained therein. THE COMPANY will make its best efforts to ensure
that the availability of the website will be uninterrupted; however, due to the nature of the Internet this cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, your access to the website may also be suspended or restricted occasionally to allow for updates/repairs. We do not accept liability for any loss arising out of any such interruptions.
2. In accessing and exploring the site YOU hereby agree with THE COMPANY that the following T&Cs are applicable to YOU as the user, and that YOU will comply with all the proprietary notices and copyright information exhibited in THE SITE.
3. THE COMPANY reserves the right to update or modify the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
4. THE SITE may contain links to other third party sites. YOU acknowledge and agree that
a) THE COMPANY has no control over third party sites which YOU link to through the site or via links to the site;
b) THE COMPANY is not responsible for the availability of such third party sites;
c) THE COMPANY does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such third party sites;
d) THE COMPANY is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content/representations, goods or services available on or through any such third party sites.
5. THE COMPANY makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within THE SITE; however, THE COMPANY accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or mistakes that may arise and THE PURCHASER will have no claim against THE COMPANY in respect of these or their effect. THE COMPANY will correct any inaccuracies should they arise as soon as this is brought to its attention. Please direct any corrections or observations to info@id-wall.com
6. THE COMPANY reserves the right to cancel or decline any order from any person or business in any jurisdiction.
7. THE PURCHASER or any person accessing THE SITE acknowledges that all information, imagery, copyrights, designs, products, proprietary information rights and any other information displayed on THE SITE are the property solely of THE COMPANY or THE PARTNERS and belong to and are the absolute property of us automatically and without further formality on their coming into existence.
8. Acceptance
The order shall be concluded only when the THE COMPANY’s on-screen acknowledgment or order is sent and THE PURCHASER’s payment by credit card or by cheque or any other acceptable means of financial transaction has been authorised or cleared.
9. Products
The products contained within THE SITE may differ slightly in colour from the way they are represented from one computer monitor to another. What a customer may see on screen represents the colour “YOU” should expect to receive but can only be used as a guide, not an exact representation of the finished product.
10. Pricing
All prices are displayed on THE SITE and are inclusive of delivery (where free delivery applies) and local taxes if purchased from within the UK, otherwise a shipping cost will be agreed with THE PURCHASER before payment is taken. All prices displayed on the site are in pounds sterling. In the event of a typographical or human error in relation to prices and sizes THE COMPANY has the right to cancel orders and can accept no liability whatsoever.
11. Payment
Payment of goods can be transacted by credit card via the site or directly by telephone and are transacted by our online secure payment system via the World Wide Web or via any other acceptable payment method as determined by THE COMPANY.
12. Payment Types
THE COMPANY accepts all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We also accept cheques made payable to ID-WALL Limited.
13. Delivery
Once payment has been received by way of cleared funds THE PURCHASER should allow up to 14 days for delivery (this may vary due to the exclusive content of the imagery and demand generated from media coverage, in which case orders will be dispatched on a first-come-first-served basis). Orders received from the UK will be dispatched an overnight basis in the UK free of charge. Other forms of delivery are available at an extra cost to THE PURCHASER; for example: before 9 AM , AM delivery, before noon, Saturday delivery. Orders received from outside the UK will receive a quote for delivery before payment is taken. All deliveries will be carried out by THE COMPANY’S preferred distribution partners.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, THE PURCHASER must notify THE COMPANY within 2 days of receipt of the product so that THE COMPANY can adhere to its insurance policy with its preferred delivery partners. Alternatively, in the unlikely event that the package is visibly damaged please refuse delivery.
14. Returns and Refunds
Products are made to order and THE COMPANY cannot offer refunds. However, if not entirely satisfied with the product THE PURCHASER should inform THE COMPANY within 7 working days, and return the item appropriately packaged within 14 days of receipt of the product; the product may be replaced with a product of equal value at THE COMPANY’s discretion.
15. Complaints
In the event that THE COMPANY fails to meet the intended high standards of customer service, please to not hesitate to contact THE COMPANY directly, either by telephone or to info@id-wall.com . Whatever the circumstances, THE COMPANY will make every effort to meet your expectations and retain your valued custom.
16. Statutory Rights
Nothing contained within these T&Cs affects or will affect the statutory rights of THE COMPANY or THE PURCHASER in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

All website design, text, graphic and designs of the prints and or products within the site are copyright © 2006 ID-WALL Limited and/or its suppliers. All images and information relating to the images provided on this site are the property of THE PARTNERS and its suppliers. No prints supplied by us using our material may be reproduced without written consent from THE COMPANY. Copyright of all images that appear on this site are owned by THE PATNERS under the relevant copyright laws. THE COMPANY grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website but not to download, store or modify it (other than page catching) except with the express consent of THE COMPANY. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product images, descriptions; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or other third party.
Data Protection & Privacy
THE COMPANY values its customers’ privacy and works on a non –disclosure basis and does not pass on client information to third parties. In order for THE COMPANY to process an order we have to collect your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number(s). THE COMPANY also constantly monitors traffic patterns so that we can constantly improve our website; if YOU would prefer not to receive information from THE COMPANY on promotions please e-mail support@id-wall.com
When THE COMPANY processes your order we use the secure payment system that encrypts all your information before it is sent to us.
These T&Cs shall be governed, construed and shall take effect in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. If any of these T&Cs are ineffective for any reason, the remainder of them shall form the T&Cs binding YOU and THE COMPANY. Any failure by THE COMPANY to enforce at any time any of these T&Cs shall not be construed as or deemed to be a waiver by THE COMPANY of its rights under this agreement, nor shall failure in any way affect the validity of the whole or any part of these T&Cs, and THE COMPANY’s right to take subsequent action shall not be prejudiced by such failure.
